HEALTH PROCEDURES & POLICIES
Now that COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted in our province we have switched our focus from COVID-19 prevention to communicable disease prevention. All policies and procedures that will be practiced by your massage therapist are put in place by our Public Health Officer, WorkSafeBC, CMTBC and RMTBC to ensure we can all stay healthy. In saying this, we want to make sure that your level of care and attention will be the same.
The following is what you can expect during your appointment:

Masks are no longer mandatory, but if you feel more comfortable your therapist will wear one upon request.

Please stay home and cancel your appointment if experiencing any of the following symptoms including fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of sense of smell or taste, runny nose.

Please reschedule your appointment if you have experienced any of the above.

You will receive a health screen 1 day before your appointment, please remember to fill this out.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE ​​

Please enter the building only 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Sanitize your hands with hand sanitizer once you enter the building.

Zero tolerance sickness policy for both staff and patients.

30 minutes between appointments to allow thorough disinfecting time.

Staggered appointments with co-workers to allow social distancing.

Increased cleaning measures on all surfaces and equipment.
